I know what you mean. Cant loose the race :-). Go get some race gas before racing him and turn it up to 16psi. If you had a full exhaust(downpipes/testpips) you'd pull so hard on him he'd just give up in the first few seconds. Try to race him from a roll unless you're *really* good at launching. Good luck!
: This is a race I can't lose because it's me ex girlfriend's new boyfriend. He has a 2001 Corvette C5 with Borla exhaust and an intake. I've never raced a C5 and was trying to find out if I have a good chance in my '95 stage 3. I have a GReddy profec-B boost controller waiting for me in the closet and I think it's time to put it on and crank it to 15-16 psi so I have a better shot of spanking him. I'm still very good friend's with her and he seems pretty cool (other than his sh*t talking about his Vette) so it's all in good fun.
